高月：哇，两个星期不见你，感觉你真的瘦了。看来你这段时间对自己很严格啊！
高进： 没错，我自己也能感觉到自己的状态不一样了。运动真的有用。
高月：不错。这次你令我刮目相看。
高进：希望我可以坚持下来。我前两天量了一下腰围，瘦了两厘米。
高月：恭喜你。不容易啊。来，我请你吃饭，庆祝庆祝！
高进：啊，有个事我还没有告诉你。我这段时间开始自己做饭了。我决定这段时间不吃外卖了。
高月：哇，你这回真是下定决心了啊！在家做饭确实比在外面点外卖健康。
高进：对啊，自己做饭至少我可以好好地控制我的饮食，可以少放点油，少放盐。
高月：嗯，这点我就没有你强。我做不到每天在家做饭。太麻烦了！又是买食材，又是切菜洗菜，又是煮，然后还要洗碗洗锅！
高进：听起来很麻烦，但慢慢上手了就好了。
高月：嗯，让我猜猜。你是不是和上次约会那个对象好上了？你们有没有再约？
高进：没错，我们又约会了两三次。
高月：你看你看，我就说嘛！这么积极地健身做饭，一定有什么原因。可以啊，为你高兴。
高进：哈哈哈。我就不能为了我自己健身做饭吗？你真是奇怪！
高月：这是一个好兆头。别不承认。不过，不管是因为什么原因，我都为你高兴。
